Unlocking Request 94 Incarnate Forces of Hisui
Before you can spot this new legendary addition, you must first complete the main story mission and confront Volo at the Temple of Sinnoh. After witnessing the credits roll, return to the Galaxy Hall in Jubilife Village to trigger Request 94 from Mistress Cogita.
